Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and MWD Holdings Group LLC ("MWD," "we," or "us") for use of our websites and services, including mwdholdingsgroup.com, our digital toolkits, consulting services, and MWD Stream at stream.mwdholdingsgroup.com. By purchasing a product or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Our products and services

MWD sells digital products and services, delivered electronically — there are no physical goods. These include:

• Digital toolkits — educational software and content packages such as the Full Toolkit (real estate wholesaling) and the Audience Builder (social media growth), including related licenses.
• Subscriptions — membership programs such as the MWD Inner Circle, billed monthly until cancelled.
• Consulting — sessions and pre-purchased blocks of consulting hours (blocks are valid for 6 months from purchase).
• MWD Stream — a streaming service where members watch channels and creators broadcast to their own audiences under a shared membership.

Our content is educational. It is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and it does not guarantee any income or business result. Your results depend on your own effort, experience, and market conditions.

Accounts

Some services require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and accept responsibility for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our products.

Payment

All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in U.S. dollars, and applicable taxes may be added. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel; cancelling stops future renewals and does not refund the current period. We may change prices for future purchases or renewal periods with notice posted on our site.

Refunds

We stand behind our work and want every customer treated fairly. If something is wrong with your purchase — a delivery problem, a product that does not work as described, or a billing error — contact us at allbusinessmd@gmail.com and we will work with you to make it right, including a refund where appropriate. Because our products are delivered digitally and available immediately, refunds are handled case by case rather than under a blanket guarantee.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use our products or services for any unlawful purpose, or resell or redistribute them except under a license that expressly allows it.
• Upload, stream, or share content you do not have the rights to, or content that is unlawful, harassing, or infringing.
• Send spam, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with the operation of our services.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

We may suspend or end accounts that violate these Terms.

MWD Stream — creator terms summary

Creators who broadcast on MWD Stream operate under our Creator Charter. In summary:

• Revenue split. Creators keep 70% of the subscription revenue their channel earns; MWD retains 30%. Founding creators' splits are locked, and any change requires 12 months' notice.
• Audience ownership. Your audience is yours. You can export your subscriber list at any time and take it with you if you leave.
• Payouts. Creator earnings are paid weekly, with no minimum payout threshold.
• Moderation with due process. Enforcement is tied to a named rule, subject to a human appeal, and creator earnings already earned are never forfeited.
• Your content. You keep ownership of content you create. By streaming or uploading it to MWD Stream, you grant MWD a license to host, stream, and display it as needed to operate and promote the service.
• MWD Tokens. Tokens earned through engagement on MWD Stream are a rewards feature with no cash value; gifts sent with tokens do not pay out money.

Intellectual property

MWD's products, content, branding, and materials are owned by MWD Holdings Group LLC. Your purchase gives you a license to use the product for your own business or personal use — it does not transfer ownership, and you may not copy or resell the materials except as a license expressly permits.

Third-party services

Our services rely on third-party providers — including Stripe for payments and Cloudflare for streaming — whose own terms also apply to those parts of the service. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services we link to.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Our sites and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MWD Holdings Group LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product or service at issue.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these Terms

If we update these Terms, we will post the revised version here with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
